| | | The Agora Experience is July 16-31, 2008, beginning with pick-up in Bucharest, Romania July 16 and ending in Bucharest on July 31.
The Agora Experience is $1,500 plus airfare. We recommend
budgeting $3,000 but group rates secured through our partner travel
agent may lower your final cost (depends on where you are coming from -
check current fares or joining from outside the United States).
The Experience includes: in-country travel,
accommodations, in-country insurance, activities, entrance fees, meals, laundry, gratuities,
t-shirt, calling card for your first call home and
more.
This does not include travel insurance or bank fees but allows you to fully
participate without any additional expense in
Romania.
If you wish to make your own travel arrangements to and from
Romania please notify us as soon as possible and we are more than happy
to work with you. We are always available to discuss best travel
options and
recommend travel agents should you need one. Once all
participants are confirmed, we will establish
chat groups so you may talk amongst yourselves about your
preparations and find travel partners.
